The Industrial City of Aleppo announces a tender for the first time in the sealed envelope of the project for the maintenance, manufacture and provision of sign boards, advertisement and street and post numbers on the main and subsidiary streets in the industrial city of Aleppo according to the following:
- The inital insurances: 5% of the value of the discretionary disclosure, knowing that the value of the discretionary disclosure is / 24968000 / sp. - Only twenty four million nine hundred and sixty-eight thousand Syrian pounds
- The Final insurances: 10% of the referral value.
- Delay fine: 0.1%, one per thousand of the referral value.
- Duration of implementation: / 120 days /.
- Warranty period: One Gregorian year.
- The deadline for submitting offers until the end of working hours on Monday 27/7/2020.
- The tender session is scheduled at eleven o‘clock on Tuesday 28/7/2020 and the tender session will take place at the headquarters of the Tenders Committee located in the office of the head of the Financial Affairs Department in the industrial city of Aleppo
- The bidder should adhere to his offer for a period of / 120 / days.
- The nominated contractor’s commitment to his offer is / 120 / days, starting from the next day from the date on which he was notified of the award.
- The offers shall be submitted to the Industrial City divan within a large envelope on which the bidder’s name is written and the subject of the offer contains two envelopes:
First: It contains the identification documents stipulated in the contract system issued by Law No. 51 of 2004, the inital insurance and the financial receipt for the price of the file
The second: Contains the financial offer, with a stamp of 1500 SP.
The management of the Industrial City in Aleppo / Contracts Division / can be consulted to obtain a book of conditions and requirements during official working hours for an amount of / 2500 / SP. The contractor shall bear the full fees for advertisements, even if they are multiple.
