Announcement of a Public Auction for the First Time
The Aleppo Industrial City announces a public auction for the first time to sell integrated industrial plots numbered 32285-32283, with an area of 13,000 m2, and plot number 33141/1, with an area of 1,000 m2. This brings the total area to 14,000 m2, as currently located within the Aleppo Industrial City in the Third Zone, Food Zone, according to the following description:
1. A concrete hall, ground floor, with an area of 6,720 m2
2. A service room within the hall, with an area of 80 m2
3. A concrete administration consisting of two floors, ground floor + first floor, with an area of 280 x 2 = 560 m2 each
4. A transformer center, with an area of 27 m2
5. A guard room, with an area of 21 m2
• The work constructed in these plots is considered legally licensed and structurally sound, based on a technical report submitted by the management.
• Initial deposit: $25,000 Twenty thousand dollars.
• The nominated contractor's bid is binding for 60 days, starting from the date of notification of the award.
• The deadline for submitting bids is 11:00 a.m. on Sunday, July 6, 2025 (the opening date of the public auction). The public auction will be held at the Tender Committee headquarters located in the office of the head of the Finance Department in the Aleppo Industrial City.
- Bids must be submitted to the Industrial City Office in a large envelope bearing the bidder's name and the subject of the bid. The envelope must contain the supporting documents stipulated in the Contracts System issued by Law No. 51 of 2004, the initial guarantee, and the financial receipt for the bid document.
The specifications and bid document may be obtained from the Aleppo Industrial City Administration/Planning and Studies Department during official working hours for a fee of 200,000 Syrian pounds. The contractor shall bear all advertising costs, regardless of whether they are multiple.
