As a result of previous inspections by the Environmental Division of polluting facilities, dense and harmful emissions and fumes were found in the vicinity. These emissions were a result of the use of pyrene as fuel, the lack of chimney filters, the failure to adhere to boiler operating temperatures, and the lack of regular maintenance. These emissions were all resulting in environmentally harmful emissions. A warning was issued to industrialists regarding these emissions, urging them to avoid the problem under penalty of fines and closure.
