Due to the high demand for subscriptions in the Aleppo Industrial City, and to encourage investors and industrialists from the Ministry of Economy and Industry, and based on a decision by the Directorate of Industrial Cities, the following has been decided:
1. The price per square meter, set at $35, is the price for a five-year installment plan. In the event of cash payment, a 5% discount will be applied to the plot value.
2. In the event that the plot is offered for auction, payment will be made in installments over five years, not in cash.
3. After the current first phase (ending July 17, 2025), an additional area of 2 million square meters will be offered for subscription in the second phase, providing approximately 1,000 new plots for various industries and sizes.
