The Industrial City of Aleppo announces a tender for the first time in the sealed envelope of the project for the maintenance of the asphalt layer, paving, back-up works and sidewalks in the industrial city of Aleppo according to the following:
- The initial insurances: 5% of the value of the discretionary disclosure, knowing that the value of the discretionary disclosure is / 49980000 / SP. Only forty nine million nine hundred and eighty thousand Syrian pounds.
- Delay fine: 0.1%, one per thousand of the referral value.
- Duration of implementation: /180/ days.
- Warranty period: One Gregorian year.
- The category of the contractor: The contractor must be from the category / excellent - first - second - third - fourth / specialization of civil works.
- The deadline for submitting offers is until Monday 20/7/2020.
- The tender session is scheduled at eleven o‘clock on Tuesday 21/7/2020 and the tender session will take place at the headquarters of the Tender Committee located in the office of the Head of the Financial Affairs Department in the industrial city of Aleppo.
- The bidder shall abide by his offer for a period of / 120 / days.
- The nominated contractor’s commitment to his offer is 120 days, starting from the next day from the date on which he receives the award.
- The offers shall be submitted to the Industrial City divan within a large envelope on which the bidder’s name is written, and the subject of the offer contains two envelopes:
First: It contains the identification documents stipulated in the contract system issued by Law No. 51 of 2004, the initial insurances and the financial receipt for the price of the file
The second: It contains the financial offer, with a stamp of 1500 SP.
The management of the Industrial City in Aleppo / the Contracts Division / can be consulted to obtain the conditions book and the file during official working hours for an amount of / 5000 / SP.The contractor shall bear the full fees of the advertisements, even if they are multiple.
