In an initiative to enhance cooperation between Syria and Turkey, Mr. Youssef Fattouh, Deputy Director General of the Aleppo Industrial City, received a delegation of Turkish businessmen and industrialists headed by Mr. Tekin Cetikoglu and Mr. Muhammad Saeed Sheikh Al-Kar. During the meeting, investment opportunities in the Aleppo Industrial City, considered one of the most important industrial cities in Syria, were discussed, with a focus on a stimulating investment environment.
The head of the Turkish delegation highlighted the importance of the industrial city and urged strengthening cooperation and taking advantage of investment opportunities after liberation. The head of the Aleppo Chamber of Commerce emphasized the need for partnerships and keeping pace with technology between Syrian and Turkish industrialists.
The Turkish delegation expressed its desire to initiate several investments and toured the One-Stop Shop building and some industrial facilities. They were briefed on future projects, such as the commercial district, a gas station, a car showroom, hotels, warehouses, a shopping mall, a hospital, restaurants, and a central processing plant.
In conclusion, the delegation expressed its interest in these opportunities and thanked the management of the industrial city for the warm welcome. They promised to make further constructive visits.
