An expanded meeting brought together the Assistant Director General of the Industrial City and the Director of Social Security in Aleppo

A comprehensive meeting was held yesterday, Wednesday, at the Aleppo Industrial City, bringing together the Assistant Director General of the Industrial City, Youssef Fattouh, the Director of Social Security in Aleppo, Ahmed Attar, and his accompanying delegation, in addition to Youssef Issa, a member of the Executive Office of the General Federation of Trade Unions in Aleppo, and in the presence of Ahmed Mahdi Khader, Secretary of the Aleppo Chamber of Industry, as well as a number of industrialists from the Industrial City.

The meeting included a detailed presentation on several aspects of the work of the Social Security Institution, emphasizing the importance of formal employment contracts between employers and workers, and the necessity of registering these contracts with Social Security to guarantee the rights of all parties.

The meeting also addressed the most significant difficulties and obstacles facing industrialists in completing their transactions, along with discussing ways to simplify and expedite procedures to improve workflow and provide a more flexible and supportive environment for the industrial sector.

The industrialists presented a set of proposals and recommendations aimed at developing the work mechanism and strengthening cooperation between the Industrial City, the Social Security Institution, and the General Federation of Trade Unions, in a way that serves the public interest and guarantees the rights of both workers and employers.
