The Industrial City of Aleppo announces a tender for the first time in a sealed envelope for a project to manufacture and provide garbage containers of different capacities according to the need and provide a number of tools, tools and accessories necessary for the industrial city of Aleppo according to the following:
- The initial insurances: 5% of the value of the discretionary disclosure, knowing that the value of the discretionary disclosure is / 12892000 / sp. Only twelve million and eight hundred and ninety two thousand Syrian pounds
- Final insurances : 10% of the referral value.
- Delay fine: 0.1%, one per thousand of the referral value.
- Duration of implementation: / 60 days.
- Warranty period: One Gregorian year.
- The deadline for submitting offers until the end of working hours on Monday 17/8/2020.
- The tender session is scheduled at eleven o‘clock on Tuesday 18/8/2020 at the tender committee headquarters located in the office of the head of the Financial Affairs Department in the industrial city of Aleppo
- The bidder should adhere to his offer for a period of / 120 / days.
- The nominated contractor’s commitment to his offer is 120 days, starting from the next day, from the date on which he receives the award.
- The offers shall be submitted to the Industrial City divan within a large envelope on which the bidder’s name is written and the subject of the offer contains two envelopes:
First: It contains the supporting documents stipulated in the contract system issued by Law No. 51 of 2004, the primary insurance and the financial receipt for the price of the file
The second: Contains the financial offer, with a stamp of 1500 SP.
The management of the Industrial City in Aleppo / the Contracts Division / can be consulted to obtain a book of conditions and requirements during official working hours for an amount of / 1500 / SP. The contractor shall bear the full fees for advertisements, even if they are multiple.
