The industrial city of Aleppo announces a tender for the first time in the sealed envelope of a project for the maintenance, planting and pruning of trees in the central islands and green areas with the removal of rubble and the maintenance of the intermediate islands in the industrial city of Aleppo according to the following:
- The initial insurances: 5% of the value of the discretionary disclosure, knowing that the value of the discretionary disclosure is / 14950000 / sp. Only fourteen million nine hundred and fifty thousand Syrian pounds.
- Final insurances : 10% of the referral value.
- Delay fine: 0.1%, one per thousand of the referral value.
- Duration of implementation: / 60 days.
- Warranty period: One Gregorian year.
- The deadline for submitting offers until the end of working hours on Sunday August 23, 2020.
- The tender session is scheduled at eleven o‘clock on Monday 24/8/2020 at the tender committee headquarters located in the office of the head of the Financial Affairs Department in the industrial city of Aleppo.
- The bidder should adhere to his offer for a period of / 120 / days.
- The nominated contractor’s commitment to his offer is / 120 / days, starting from the next day from the date on which he was notified of the award.
- The offers shall be submitted to the Industrial City divan within a large envelope on which the bidder’s name is written and the subject of the offer contains two envelopes:
First: It contains the identification documents stipulated in the contract system issued by Law No. 51 of 2004, initial insurance and financial receipt for the price of the file
The second: Contains the financial offer, with a stamp of 1500 SP.
The management of the Industrial City in Aleppo / the Contracts Division / can be consulted to obtain a book of conditions and requirements during official working hours for an amount of / 1500 / SP. The contractor shall bear the full fees for advertisements, even if they are multiple.
