An area of 15000 m2 was allocated to increase the project of housing in the industrial city of Aleppo, consisting of five building blocks and each block consisting of 24 apartments with an area of 135 m2 per apartment.
The project has been noticed in the plans of the industrial city in one block in the near term. The first stage of construction has been completed and the completion of the second phase of the project is 30%. The rest of the blocks will be completed over the medium term and can be expanded over the long term as needed.
The goal of the project: the resettlement of labor within the industrial city, which reduces the burdens of life and makes it easier for employees to follow the work assigned to them so that the occupational housing away from the work place distance of / 2 / km.
The housing project is considered an urgent necessity in the current circumstances. The restriction has been taken into account with the full specifications of urban and civilizational and safety measures and securing and equipping the general site of the project to achieve the desired purpose.
